At this Natural Based Feast you’ll be welcomed with mulled wine, canapés, grazing table before sitting down to a 3 course dinner paired with Extra Virgin Olive Oil tastings and an information session lead by the premium quality Elisi Grove & Rio Vista. As we head into Winter this event is a perfect opportunity to learn more about eating clean to keep ourselves and the planet healthy, without sacrificing flavour! Hosted at a stunning private venue tucked away in the Blue Mountains bush, The Farmer & The Chef’s NJ Lim will fill you up with delicious, healthy food made with locally sourced organic produce, as well as showing you ways to make our food system more sustainable.
